Thanks for the info. Don Caldwell stated that ICG plans to bring two companies public in 1998. VerticalNet may well be one of them. On ICG, they sold MatchLogic to XCIT for 3.2 MIL. shares of XCIT on Jan. 15. Those shares are now worth about $316. They sold WiseWire to LCOS on April 30 for $39.75 in LCOS shares. They are now worth in excess of $50 mil. Maybe ICG does not need the money from a rights offering. However, there are probably restrictions on selling those recently acquired shares. I believe ICG is going to be the most exciting rights offering in SFE's history. I think I need to free up some money to add to my position in SFE.
