Dr Summers you asked:

>By the way, Jeff, I don't understand your chronic concern about my damaging my case by speaking out about shareholder concerns. I would think you would be delighted to see me damaged.<

I would have liked to have seen the case settled long ago. But it's not settled and it's not likely to be settled. It's my opinion that you realize you have little left to lose by posting as you do here on the internet. If you had any chance to win in court it has certainly been diminished to a very large degree...

Be that as it may I just happen to be a nice guy. I feel sorry for you because you are no longer a part of this company just when it is on the verge of success. Congratulations on the patent! I'm sure that if ABMI can benefit from the announcement they will issue a press release. It's really not up to you or me to decide when press releases are issued. Neither of us is in charge of this company. It seems to me that one of us would like to see the company succeed and the other feels like this is the place to discuss his lawsuit. It's not, and I don't think you are doing American BioMed or it's shareholders any justice. I can't stop you from posting.

However I cannot stand idly by and let you spread half truths and lies about the company in a fashion that will damage shareholder equity.

There is always two sides to every story and I know there must be some validity to your's but.....

I have said this before and I will say it one more time. Try your case in court not on the internet.

Regards, Jeff

Dr. Summers:
Long-time no hear from. I am starting to miss the banter between you and the Jim Jones cool-aid kids. From posts over the last two days I sense that even they are growing so weary of the ABMI "story" that they are reverting now to telling each other their own stories. Anyway, I have a favor to ask.

Please refer to post 1378 which seemed to have a comprehensive list of ABMI's products. First of all, OH GREAT ONE is always saying what a great fit ABMI would be with AVEI as their products could be bundled together (see post 1408). Yet when I review post 1378 I see no PTCA balloon, no balloon for transporting a stent, and no high-pressure balloon used to spring a stent. Please tell me what I am missing as I do not see any catheters in ABMI's portfolio which are used frequently by an interventional cardiologist. Just because is says catheter doesn't mean there is a fit. Thus, I think M&A talk is a complete and utter joke. I realize you have a vested interest in a M&A scenario so don't try any BS.

Secondly, I would like your opinion as to which of the products listed in post 1378 are still "alive" at ABMI. Which ones are currently in such a state where they can be manufactured tomorrow and sold next week? Also which catheters represent huge markets? I see a few potential base hits in niche markets but no home runs. Where am I wrong?

Thirdly, is the intended use of the Omnifilter carotid surgery? And is this filter designed to be used with the current scalpel/temporary bypass technique or with stents?

Fourthly, what is the Omnistent indication - AAA?

Fifth, was the Foley catheter ever made and sold, and how did you get away using the Foley name since that is a Bard Urology trademark to my knowledge.

Thanks.
