I hope you had a nice holiday. I agree with all of you in regards to Bob's (Maerz) letter to be nothing short of perplexing. I was so disturbed with the lack of substance and some of the outrageous statements made in the letter that I called MSHE on Thursday afternoon to get an explanation. I did not speak to Bob directly but I was able to get some of my questions answered. The company stated that Bob's letter was not a "hold-the-shareholders-over" letter because the company has no information to release. On the contrary, MSHE has alot of exciting developments going on. July and August will have many press releases. I pressed further, but the spokesperson was hesitant to give details. What I did get answered was that Vanpires/Motivators is going very well and there were some exciting developments on that front. There will be news on the various MSHE partnerships (i.e. AGE/Intel/toy manufacture/production studio). MSHE music division will have some developments to announce. Additionally, Jethro was being enthusiastically tested and evaluated by several companies and steps towards a NASDAQ listing would be made soon (i.e. becoming SEC reporting company). Also, several other MSHE projects(t.v. productions/movies) would be announced shortly. The company would not/could not elaborate any further. I pressed for more specific answers but the spokesperson would not reveal anymore. Finally, I asked if the shareholders should expect some real news/press releases in the near future. The response was "many and often". IMO, it seems just like last summer/fall we should see a ton of news and a nice pop in the stock. Remember last fall how MSHE popped easily from .25 to 2.56, this can and will happen again on just a few shreds of news. I knew Bob would not just make statements in his letter without some substantive news to back him up. I will buy more monday morning because I have a feeling this summer we will finally see MSHE really take off! Maybe, just maybe, we can too "buy houses and pay for college tuitions" once MSHE turns the corner! Be patient and dont sell into the little price rallies. STEVE<<
