On entering the options data into Excel: I hand edit the output -
basically stripping off superfluous titles and text. You'll
also need to add a space in front of "+" and "-". Before you
do that, try Excel's "parse" command to see if it'll decode
the +'s and -'s without a preceding space (a suggestion, I haven't
tired that).
