Getting a list of MM's in a particular stock should be easy, if one is willing to pay a quote provider for real-time Level II quotes, or asking your broker. SEC/NASD can also answer, but if you have a full-service broker take advantage of it.

Level I: lists inside bid/ask only
Level II: lists bid/ask prices for each MM, as well as Level I features
Level III: reserved for MM's only. Allows them to update bid/ask, enter a bid/ask (becoming a MM in that stock), and to stop quoting a bid/ask (stop being a MM in that stock, which means they must wait 30 days before becoming a MM in that stock again), plus Level I/II.
