A good part of Digitcom's deals within any particular country involves an active partnering process with either the government or representative companies from that country, not just a bunch of foolish Americans in Hawaiian shirts making fools of themselves stumbling over vegetable carts.

Any of the press releases from any of the countries involved will bear that out.

Just look at the various countries with which DGIV has been affiliated so far (and I would bet MORE will be announced in the future, seeing how much traveling our DEAL CLOSER has done the past several months), and I would say that Jimmy Chin does have what it takes to do business with people from various cultures. I would not underestimate this great asset!
