WLCNYC, LEGAL BEAST & ALL regarding emails... The email that WLCNYC received seems to me to be a phony... when I have gotten emails back from them, it has said FROM: Panam02@aol.com this email, does not. Plus their are some bad spelling errors and some bad grammar as well, not to say that someone in a rush couldn't have screwed it up, but who the hell is BILL?? This guy does not appear on the list of MANAGEMENT TEAM from the website either. Unless we hear something from management specifically, I would not take these emails seriously. I have poised my questions to the link provided on the website and all of my answers have come back from the Panam02@aol.com mail server. The way I hear it, Panam folks can get their email when they are away from their office thru the panam02@aol.com address. For instance, John checks his email from Belize thru that server. When I have emailed him with the link provided at the website, my response came from panam02@aol.com, which was John responding to me from Costa Rica... I sent him an email again yesterday just saying that I hope we was getting a little relaxation in while he was on his trip... just got this response back from John at Panam02@aol.com RESPONSE:Subject: Re: Re: Hello... Date: Sat, 4 Jul 1998 14:05:36 EDT From: Panam02@aol.com To: storm02@SPRYNET.COM Having a great time. Things are going very well. Full details on how to open an account with the Trading company will be linked to our Wed site shortly. Hope you take advantage of it. . Kind of funny though that it sounds like he meant to say "web site", but instead said "Wed site" and even capitalized "Wed". Maybe he was giving me a little hint, which would confirm what other people have been saying that Access Wall Street should be up by Wednesday. Just a guess on my part, do your own DD, this is NOT hype :o) If anyone was really intercepting these emails and sending out phony info, I think they would do so with more detailed info. This response would serve no purpose if it was a fraud. As long as you have poised questions to them and get direct responses back, I think you're safe. Just don't accept unsolicited responses as gospel... . I'm not an expert on how mail servers work, but I know that the responses that I am getting from the Panam02@aol.com mail server are legitimate, if WLCNYC also got a response from this same server, would not the headers to the letters look the same?? Not sure, but here is the comparison..."Subj: Re: Access Wall Street Date: 98-07-04 14:11:51 EDT From: Panam02 To: WLCNYC Subject: Re: Re: Hello... Date: Sat, 4 Jul 1998 14:05:36 EDT From: Panam02@aol.com To: storm02@SPRYNET.COM Notice that the structure of the DATE is different and that the "From" just says Panam02 on the email from WLCNYC and mine has the full email of Panam02@aol.com ???
