Re: PEs

While SOST may well see appreciation in the near term, it's important to realize that the market will not award SOST a very high PE for several reasons. The major one is sustainability of earnings. Clearly there has been a lot of popular interest in the Titanic due in large part to the movie, but popular fads are notoriously fickle and curiosity once satisfied is likely to dry up rather suddenly.

An earnings bulge will put cash on the balance sheet but it's what SOST's management does with that cash to ensure steady future earnings that matters when figuring out how to value the stock long term. Has management given any insight into their long term plans?

Taki..I'm sorry I overlooked your msg to me...Boy I surely agree that we are going to make some money here on SOST...How can it miss with all the fundamentals that don't exist with the ridiculous ones like Amazon.com...at $139 today with no earnings likely until after 2001!..and Amazon is just selling books, videos etc that anyone can sell...Its about time to short the heck out of Amazon because it has got hit bottom soon ..good luck...Don.
