people elect not to offer a secondary because they are afraid of the dilution, major holders have said no, or no one is interested in buying the shares. i think it was the last one.

The point is they could have kept going IF they wanted to. I think they decided not to due to forecasting very small profit margins due to increasing competition and guys like Alcatel low-balling everybody else.

if outsourcing is such a bad idea, why do most successful companies to do it?

I never said it was bad Trey. There are pluses and minuses to outsourcing. Some successful companies do it, some successful companies don't do it. Many times those that do end up merging or buying their outsourcing company to further reduce their product costs. Henceforth, Alcatel is one-step of the game. Like I said they bake their own bread, people are buying it, and the product is getting shipped.

Hey Trey, I don't like Alcatel anymore than you do.
