I have read one description of matter stating that it does not last long enough to age and in fact is constantly renewed at lower energy level eg.. our looks change as we get older because our body matter is replaced at a lower energy level. We must then assume that the energy level from birth increases until the body has matured and then declines until the termination. What then causes the fluctuation in energy?

Argggh, unbeliever, there will be a special hell for you, a massive sulfide body at 2000 C infinite in extent and you at the core, ever swimming to escape.
