I believe the price on Aug will depend a lot on the upcoming quarter's report ... If it's anywhere like the last quarter, then the stock price might just zoom way past 250. I don't anticipate the company putting out numbers that may spoil the party. If they learned anything at all from Microsoft, they know that a booming stock price indicates a dominant position in the industry. This makes prospective buyers of the software hesitant to take a chance on competing technologies. Question really is: Are investors going to be buying or selling in Aug. Given the high German income tax rate, would the long term holders in Germany take this listing day as a chance to get themselves a big tax headache?
