Jim, NSM isn't just going to go down to K-Mart and buy a .25u process and then run with the fast dogs. You can buy an expensive oven but that won't make you a great chef. You need a recipe and that isn't for sale. It has to be developed. Where is the groundwork for this? If it were easy then you could buy one at K-Mart. Talk is easy, look at AMD. Shipping product is hard.
