TRI-VISION STRENGTHENS ENGINEERING TEAM WITH ADDITION OF CABLE PRODUCT DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

FRIDAY, JULY 3, 1998 - TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA - Tri-Vision's President & CEO, Najmul Siddiqui is pleased to announce the appointment of a seasoned design engineer, Mr. Paul Grech, to Tri-Vision Electronics' Engineering and R & D team.

Mr. Grech, formerly a design engineer with Rogers Cable Systems in Toronto, Ontario for 26 years, has specialized in Cable Systems design and Hotel Pay Per View Systems design management. He has designed complex hardware and software applications and participated as a key member in managing complex projects and product delivery to market.

According to Mr. Siddiqui, "The appointment of Mr. Grech to our Tri-Vision team brings considerable experience and expertise to Tri-Vision's expanding Engineering group which is developing technology for its V-gisT v-chip product line and its Addressable Pay TV and Pay Per View television systems. In particular, Mr. Grech's cable systems and hotel pay per view systems design and design management experience will help Tri-Vision grow these sectors of its business."

During the past twelve months, Tri-Vision launched its globally acclaimed V-gisT v-chip technology and its Addressable Pay TV and Pay Per View Systems in various countries.

Mr. Siddiqui also announced that Mr. Young Kwon Han has resigned as Vice President, Design & Product Development effective July 3, 1998. Mr. Han has seen Tri-Vision evolve into a multi-product Company under his technical direction and has chosen to become a Consultant and liaison for Tri-Vision for Foreign Businesses. As such, Mr. Han will continue as a Director and will represent Tri-Vision on technical matters overseas. This will strengthen Tri-Vision's ability to deliver its V-gisT v-chip technology and its Addressable Pay TV and Pay Per View Systems overseas.
