Seems like Turbotax and Quicken can be used in conjunction.

If you use Quicken to record your stock trades, then it's almost a no-brainer - TurboTax will upload all your trades to the Schedule D

A problem I've had since I started using this combo is that TurboTax refuses to import short sales. Am I the only one encountering this problem? Having to enter all shorts manually makes tax time even more miserable than it should be.
