RichardD., Agreed! Your revenue stream is like engine thrust on an airplane with problems. As long as you have lots of thrust, then you can casually debate on how to correct whatever the aircraft's problems may be.... Lose revenue/thrust and you suffer a high speed stall. No sense though staying in markets where you cannot make money. Even Pacificare has to realize that if they cancel mediocre contracts with FPAM, that they will have to "up the ante" to get someone else to step in and take over the very same service contracts. Let's see if Pacificare instead renegotiates with FPAM on some of those "losers".... Sincerely, Doug F.
