Ellen,thought I saw you posted you talked to IR. Did you find out when they will begin reporting to the SEC? Will they meet the SEC deadline for new rules going into effect? Will they be delisted from the OTC:BB
if they are not in compliance? Thanks,DD
"Under the new OTC Bulletin Board Eligibility Rule, any company that does not make current filings with the SEC or U.S. bank or insurance regulators will be eliminated from the OTCBB after the
phase-in period. Companies that are not eligible to be quoted on the OTCBB would be eligible to be quoted in other quotation mediums, such as the Pink Sheets."
