Chester,

There is a distinction between publishing an opinion and reading one. The former would seem to be a public act and the latter a private one. As way of illustrating this, remember that the ability to bookmark a poster is a site provided alternative to what already exists as a private function. In fact, if SI were to turn off the feature, any member could still bookmark your profile using only their browser.

I believe that you have no more right to know what my bookmarks are at SI (even if one of these is your profile!) than you do to use my computer uninvited and look at what I've bookmarked within my browser (and again, even if one of these is your profile...)

Michael

First off, I like to say that you are illiterate.

Thanks Chester, personal attacks are a fine way to defend your point. I'll let the rest of the board members wade in with their opinion, as some already have, and I suspect there will be very few, if any, agreeing with your obtuse way of thinking about this issue.

It's none of your business if I have you bookmarked! Now, go away.
