Graystone,

The company are not being sued by the SEC, the action is against ex-management and Mary who is currently involved, but not the company Golden Eagle International itself, and as for Timberline Consultants, they have not involved with this company in more than two years.

That is just one side to the story, and is really being played by the media as a way to increase the overall impact of the overall editorial at least in the way it been written in the last two stories IMO.

I am not saying that this doesn't exist, but maybe read the release for yourself with was issued by the company:

biz.yahoo.com

You have the right to make your comments, but i have the right to disagree and there is always another side to the story, and i don't feel its as negative as you are trying to make out.

You issue about the Pink Sheet's has basically been summed up by the OTC web site where they quote:

Can a company be delisted?

No. A company can not be delisted from the OTCBB. All OTCBB issues, however, must maintain at least one registered Market Maker to remain on the OTCBB. When the last Market Maker in a security withdraws from the stock, the issue is removed from the OTCBB.

Jay

<Golden Eagle International has no corporate offices or full-time
employees. It's being sued by federal regulators and trading in its stock has been suspended until Tuesday.>

Graystone, will you comment on the following which was also enclosed in the article????

<.<Don Hausen, who retired as chief of mineralogy for Newmont Mining in 1990 and now is one of three technical advisers paid unspecified consulting fees by Golden Eagle, visited the site last September.
"It's a unique and unusual deposit," Hausen says. "An experienced company wouldn't have trouble recovering it.">

The important question is...Does MINE have the deed to the mine?..Who cares about offices and full-time employees? A major is eventually going to mine it....MINE just has to verify the find...and have it's
attorney and accountant prepare the filings...As long as the size of
the find is verified, the majors will come to MINE...
