DitchDigger: You didn't intend your post to be a question, IMO.
IMO, You intended your post to be possibly a vehicle to help you make money as a daytrader.
law.uc.edu
read section "b".
IMO, Everything after the sentence "Will they meet the deadline?", is obviously intended to scare, since the "deadline", is at least 6 months to one year away, maybe longer.
The rules, I believe have not been even established yet, so it may be even 2 years.
But more importantly, the issue of reporting will be a moot point when they drill the Matagorda, and strike Gas. (capital "G", folks because there is going to be so much of it, IMO)

This company will become reporting as soon as possible after that, that is obvious.

I expect NTAH to make between 50 cents and 1.50
cents per share just from there, (the range is so wide, because I have no idea what the terms might be for the JV, the avg price of NG, and exactly how much gas is there) and I believe NTAH will be running to the SEC office (to file) so fast you better not stand in the way, or they'll knock you over.
