As the Human Genome project advances and picks up speed, (see Perkin Elmer,) there will be increasing pressures placed upon the lengthy FDA process. I personally believe that the entire FDA process will see a watershed reorganization take place within the next 5 years. Time to market for products will be greatly compressed. While it may only be a prediction and a hope, please remember that the knowledge we are accumulating daily would have been quickly dismissed by experts it their respective fields only a few years ago. Keep an open mind, understand the geometric nature of todays scientific advances and I believe more of you will agree with me than disagree. Great things are on the horizon. Rich
