I am not sure this logic makes sense, apart from the
fact that dilution of the equity always must have a downward
pressure on the share price. I think it may be more a case
of insiders selling after the results are announced. JetForm has
fallen in the past, even after good results were announced, simply
because a large proportion of the stock is held by insiders
who can only sell in a limited time period.
