A seasoned design engineer, Paul Grech, has been appointed to Tri-Vision Electronics' engineering and R & D team.
Young Kwon Han has resigned as vice-president, design and product development effective July 3, 1998. Mr. Han has chosen to become a consultant and liaison for Tri-Vision for foreign businesses. As such, Mr. Han will continue as a director and will represent Tri-Vision on technical matters overseas. This will strengthen Tri-Vision's ability to deliver its V-gis v-chip technology and its Addressable Pay TV and Pay Per View systems overseas.
