Huge, Why do you have to ask/direct questions in a round-about way?? You will not get your head bitten off, but you will get back what you dish out. Do I detect jealousy in your tone of voice? Why all this interest, if you think it is a B situation just move on. However as I stated in my previous post it might do you good to take a breath and ask questions in a respectful way and you might just get a respectful response. Hugh, This web site does the job to get some relevant information across via the web, it get's the job done and that all you can ask from them. Maybe they should have put the wording in black on black - LOL ? What color's do you want it presented in ? Copy it and paste it into your word package. Go to Edgar's Online and read the information there if your not able to read the one on the web site. I posted the links before and it's all contained there too you can download a great deal of information directly. Jay
