Harry, you are EXACTLY right. MS told me that they have no plans to sell stock, but if they did not have 144's on file they they would not be able to sell any if they needed to. Don't forget, these are people with families and bills. My kid totaled THREE cars in 10 days. Thank god I had some available cash. It is nothing more that keeping an option open if needed. Believe me, MS and MM know what they have and are not about to sell for a few bucks. Also, MS reassured me that the new web site will look nothing like the current site. He will make an announcement when he is about to flip the switch to the new site. The site you see today is just to keep info on the net until showtime. Tomato Man
