To All and probably off-topic, I'm in the process of researching a BB-stock who has not reported financials and is also unwilling to provide requested information to me. I've decided to go in search of their IRS records and need to know if I, a private investor, am able to obtain such information for my dd purposes? Any help, direction or input would be extremely welcomed... Thank you in advance, dd
