Tideglider: For accuracies sake, I don't believe that I ever said that they were being charged criminally. For the record though, unless I see the post where I made that exact statement,(or close to it) I do not believe it is there. I also don't believe that I have ever heard of a person that has on his record: guilty..but only by 59% Please don't you make us all suffer through that line of BS, if they are found guilty. We all are going to suffer enough by the repetitious wordy explanations that are sure to come if the verdict is that way. I do thank you for the explanation concerning some of the finer points of it. i.e civil vs criminal
