I was clearly told by the IR team not to sell until after the quiet period.

I said it will probably continue to go down.

They replied with "after the quiet period it will go up to over three dollars and you can get out then.

They also said that it is highly unlikely that it would go below the 2.50 mark because that is what the financing was done at.

When it did go below 2.50 I phoned the company and was told that it is a great opportunity to average down at 2.30. Now the stock is trading at 1.15 and I know if I phoned the company they would tell to average down.

Their job is to hide anything that is bad about the company.

Can anyone explain why a fund manager would want to get out so soon to the fact of this company ready to take off with sales etc?

Look at the financing. What was that BULL about? Again all the paper is unloaded on the unexpecting public.

Thanks IR team for telling me and many others to hang until all the paper is dumped.
