JC, thanks for taking the effort to putting out your comments, however since you are the Company's official spokesperson I am looking for official Company answers, not your opinion!

1. The Company has records of all the insider trading, it is public record. Why do you refuse to post it? If you don't have it ask the Company, they now have a high power CFO, he should know the answers. (In case you haven't noticed Louie won't post such info)

2.My question was why is the Company planning to buy their building from insiders, as per their prospectus. You gave valid answers as why they should not be buying the building. That is very confusing?

3.Is the filing requirement for annual reports 90 days or 120 days, can you give a firm answer

thanks again

ps. it is a bitch to work on Sunday isn't

Dear Mr. Carswell

I am writing this note to you with regards to some statements made to me regarding TVL.

Can you comment on the following statements made by your IR team.

"The stock price will never go below 2.50"

"Dont sell now! Wait until after the quiet period and it will surely go above three dollars"

"No insiders have sold any shares"

I look forward to a reply.

Sincerely

Douglas Simpson
