Discounted at 40% for 20 years = $40,000,000,000.00

$40,000,000,000.00 / 21,000,000 share = $1,905.00 PER SHARE!

The first eight questions for the valuation model were:

1) What is the total market potential for a universal cancer cure?

2) What kind of market share/penetration is Entremed expected to achieve?

3) When is Entremed's product expected to get to market?

4) How many shares will be outstanding the year the product hits markets and
in each of the following 5 years?

5) What is the expected growth rate for the 5 year period following the
introduction of the product into the market?

6) What will Entremed's net earnings after-tax (per share) be for those years.
(Take into account the expenses, R&D costs and the fact that, if the product
gets to market, the company is likely to earn a royalty on the sale of the
product). In other words multiplying the answer to question 1 by the answer to
question 2 does not equal the answer to question 6.

7) What P/E ratio would be appropriate to use for those years?

8) What discount rate would be appropriate to use to obtain a net present
value?

The next question is:

9) Why haven't you guys figured out a value for Entremed now that you have the
model? Should I explain how it works?

Now Forthright, for MY question:

What is the current share price of Entremed and how does it relate to the share
price developed in the valuation model?
