This request is easy, NHP did it for me in response # 3471.

The reaction of the market that particular week fascinates me. For instance:

Was the announcement by Philips that good to drive up the price 2 3/4 ? If it was why didn't it keep going up ? I suspect there were other factors.

The day after the Philips news, the stock dropped 2 3/4. This was before the Bad News from SanDisk. Who knew what ??????
At this point in time, there was only "Good News" (Legally) ?????

After the "Bad News" the stock dropped another 2 3/4. This is the only factor that is understandable (maybe)?

Has anyone some plausible reasons for the above?
