Charles, well maybe he should have said so. It was presented as though he had conceived of [all of] it himself, whether or not it was his "preamble" to the Articles. In any event he still chose to borrow and use the language! Whatever, it's a minor point - I meant to call attention to the general issue, rather than the particular one of Mr. Hall's. SW
