Let's take INKT as an example...

Mark, let's look at CNGR and INKT. CNGR owns 222K shares of INKT. INKT jsut hit $48 a share. That works out to 10.5 million, or just north of $1 of INKT market value per CNGR share. I am underwhelmed.

Now, lets say DRIV hits $48 a share. That means TSQD would hold $230 million worth of DRIV stock or $22 per TSQD share. Factor in a 25% haircut (the market will discount the stock holding) and you are looking at $16.5 per share.
