Traveling Man, as you can see from Raymond and Ed's comments, they feel this to be a non issue, and are talking about prices in the $6.5 to $8/share in the near future. To me, the presence of a floorless is a red flag. So far I have seen two such floorless that had anti arbitrage clause fall apart (AIPN, about 70% and RNTK about 50%), all other floorless that had no such anti arbitrage clause (only about 10 I am familiar with) fell more than 90%.
