GARY......THIS IS ALL BULLSH... I talked with TSIS this morning. This issue was addressed over 1 year ago. TSIS use to be traded on the Canadian exchange. (4 years ago)It is no longer traded there. the fees due were taken care of roughly two years ago. Either you found an old post or quote.com has old info. This stock has a great base at .50 to .52 cents. By the end of this year it will be 1.25 to 1.75. that is my opinion. I'm a long termer holder and will continue to accumulate this little darling. take care Skip
