IMO Digital River is more exciting than SWNT- DR has proprietary encryption technology for secure downloading, and can host other companies websites so that when you order software from a a particular company website, Digital River can handle the transaction. With the current Internet buying frenzy, TSQD could have a large upside move when Wall Street discovers the TSQD-Digital River connection. I remain bullish on YHOO, TSQD, AMZN, AUGR, CSPI, AMCE, VTAL etc.

Some answers...

1) Yes, they can do at least as well as SWNT, probably better.
2) Their big advantage is that they have signed more software vendors than anybody else.
3) Yes, DRIV could run into trouble. So can any IPO.
4) Ignore CBS. I don't pay attention to business journalists who operate under deadlines. What do they know that the well informed investor doesn't? They do sloppy work. And they don't know anything about investing. I would pay more attention to analysts who follow a particular industry
