Race2may-- (in red)trial member _______________________________ I think SBL has been shown many times now at shows and is accepted very well. Only thing it needs now is to be sold (any time NOW CREAF). I have been to a few threads/newsgroups and much to my surprise people my not like the 4 speaker setup... saying they don't want the added cost of 2 more speakers. I thought this was stupid beyond words to think something more is bad but I guess the 2 speaker setup is normal to most people and 4 will take some people time to come to grips with. change is bad thinking I guess??? add to that really how much more are two speakers??? If your that down and out for money the setup you have sucks... so just add 2 more speakers that suck for $10-20. I just didn't get that thinking, maybe its me. The review from Cnet I thought was in bad taste. I don't use anything close to a normal computer speaker setup, I use real amps and speakers(maybe thats why my SB16 sounds so good : ) just not MiDis ) but the thing about the miniplugs being better I thought was just looking for bad thinks to say. I'm sure takeing 30sec. more for hooking up your speakers will not kill you and you get a better connection with the CL speakers not doing the miniplugs thing. Since I don't use a normal setup i'm not sure but why would you care about where the volume controles are at if you can do that from your computer(thats what I do from my keyboard)? The other stuff I can let go since speakers are so subjective to what ever you like. But it still sounds odd it would be so good one year and not the next. Speakers don't change that much if your making um the same. "waiting for the SBL is like watching paint dry." and maybe not that fun. Adam-
