Greg, So the deal is in the placement stage not on the negotiating stage? Well let me know where to inquire and I will see what I can do. I personally like convertible debentures, especially of I like the company that is offering. The only other question I have is in the press release I believe I read that a min. of 3 Million will be placed, is the a ceiling? Curtis P.S. AS to the stink of resource stocks I had and still have on my books some Bro-X stock. But when I bought I knew I was going to make 300%+ overnight or lose it all. The rest is history so they say. This one it will take longer than overnight to make that return.
