Thanks for the updated info. Looks like everything needed to be done is being worked on and moving along. Going to do some reading on Sec 5, 12, & 17 of the SEC act of 1933 and 10B of the exchange act 1934. Kurt Estimated dates (based on your post. ie. if something was happening this week, Friday is the 10th.) --------------------------------- July 10th -- U.S Lawsuit filed (this week) July 24th -- 8-k about liquidating trust (week after next week) August 6th -- Bahamas lawsuit filed (within the next month) [although I think this would have to be done before 8-k] ASAP -- Waiting receival of CUSP-ID (only remaining thing for 3-2 MIDLP split). ASAP -- SEC Filings (10-k, 10-q's) brought current.
