Two things strike me about this company. There are quite a few members of the family on the payroll. Everybody on the inside seems to be selling stock. Am I missing something?

Keane was a fantastic, high-growth company before Y2K. I believe it will be a fantastic, high-growth company after Y2K. This is not to say that the current high price is justified. However, the fundamental strength of the business prior to Y2K makes this a different situation from most other Y2K businesses.
