Additionally:

In my prior post, I forgot to mention that in previous discussions with Summit IR - months ago, they advise me that to sit on cash was not prudent and that they were looking at purchasing a company but would put it to work in the interim (that's what they told me). This might account for the substantial (short/long term) investments and a decrease in cash.
