So I'm sitting in Central Park this weekend with my wife relaxing and for fun, I'm reading Worldcom's 10K (alright I'm a little demented)to see how extensive their network buildout plans are (which affect many of our portfolio investments). Lo and behold, their Cap Ex for 1998 is $3.3 Billion, which includes plans to " continue in 1998 to migrate the network to support OC-12 in additional areas and to upgrade additional portions of the network to ATM." OC-12, ATM, hmmm, who could possibly benefit from this? People, if this were a play, we would only be in the opening act. Bulldozer
