Bill a while back I indicated that this market will move with the employment rate. It is my speculation that as of now we have;

1. Investors, are taking out money from the market to spend

2. Un-employment numbers are inching up - less 401K money flowing in

3. High tech companies are firing thousands - puts some fear in the others less investments

4. Oil and grain are slowly edging up - will result in stagfaltion

5. Sentiment overly bullish

6. New York City real estate at all time high again - buble will burst

7. The Monica factor is not priced in the market IMHO.

8. The Arabs are again starting to make more noise after being confident of their MUSLIM "A" Bomb

9. The Y2K problem may cause mistakes in political/economic/military decisions in the Asian countries including the former USSR

10. Euro and Y2K problems may cause more problems

Hi Bill,

I was assuming that you were talking about a BK up, based upon prior posts.

Message 5100619

However, the context of the posts to which you were responding got me to wondering. BK up or down by your read?

Thanks,
Steve
