Hey g.w.,

I would think so......I hope it will say that IDX will be entitled to have DBII pay for the YEARS of legal expenses...and a public apology would be nice.....( I would settle for a point or two on the stock-price) David would be our expert on this stuff.

Notice the DBII announcement?....It brings up an old contract....kind of like..."let's change the subject".......could be a bad day in DBII land......I think this lawsuit was one of the best things they had going. Oh well......I guess you just get up and shake yourself off.

This is a very nice development for IDX......I believe it is like having a bunch of barnacles removed from the hull of a ship. I hope the market sees it the same way. Identix needs a few good days......up days. Today may be one.
