Mr. Perkins I took the liberty of forwarding your post to Alertline and they asked me to post this response on there behalf:

Robert,
Thanks for giving me th opportunity to respond to this comment...

Dear Ellen, C Perkins and others,
My name is Jeff, most simply know me as "Alertline".I write an Internet Investment newsletter with distribution to roughly 10,000 readers, 4,200 of which are actual subscribers. I recently recommended shares of Nevtah (NTAH) and I wanted to clarify my reason for the recommendation. I feel that the major potential in the Company lies in the Matagorda Project, not the Caspian Sea as was stated on this board I have included an excerpt from our recommendation, I think you will see the reason for the confusion.

"...All that being said we started looking at a number of Junior Resource O&G Companies. This headline and story originally caught our eye in the back of the Investors Daily.

"NEVTAH JOINS THE RANKS WITH THE OIL MAJORS IN THE CASPIAN SEA" "
",,,,Well, looks good, but we were actually more interested in sticking to the US. So we started digging in deeper and found out that the company is involved in several projects in the the Southern US."

I think you see where the confusion came in. Anyway, we are expecting a sharp increase in the price of Oil and Gas this fall, and feel that NTAH will gain exposure with its involvement in the Matagorda project.

Regarding the "Stripper well Technology" I do not believe that alone, can be an attractive enough reason to be a public company. Stripper Well "Technologies" come and go. Perhaps day it will be great for some company, some day, but it is not the basket I chose to put my eggs in. I've never been fond of "Proprietary Technologies" in Mining or Oil and Gas recovery. If they are so proprietary, why risk losing them by talking about them all the time?? If you understand my logic..

The other point I wanted to address is the stab taken at my readers about them giving up and selling. We have determined through shareholder lists and records from Depository Trust, that less than 10% of our readers sell within the first 9 mos. The volatility you most likely see comes from the market makers trying to balance out their books. There are good market makers and a lot of bad market makers. Unfortunately, mostly the bad guys, the same bad guys always trade the Bulletin Board stocks. They are HILL, MHMY, FRAN, SHRP,ALEX, PGON and NITE. They cannot afford to turn down trades on these stocks from the major firms and wholesalers, so they often "short" the stock to fill the orders, eventually they have to manipulate the stock to square out their positions, SAD but true.
We are careful when recommending these stock, we make sure we work with good companies; we feel NTAH is a good company.

Keep your eyes out for a News Release regarding our recommendation tomorrow (Tues) morning.

Thank You.
