You would think Sabrina knows something at this point, like why the web site is down and if the 8-K is being filed today!

Let's hope so.

Last time I spoke to her she said the financials would not be ready until mid week. If that is the case, does that force the stock to trade only on the pink sheets, or can it be traded by the MM's?
