Good news for a change. $70K isn't much but it shows promise.
Technically speaking if the test needs a sensitivity of parts per billion (ppb) and a sample drop is approx. 100 microliters, then the test needs to be able to detect the presence of 10 X 10^-12 liters of the additive.
This could be a good new area for the company to look into. How about tests for E. Coli and Salmonella for meat, fish and poultry inspection?
