Hashem,

Thanks very much for pointing that out. On the income statement dated March 27, 1998, they showed 47,415.00 fully diluted shares, down from 50.2 million on September 26, 1997 income statement. Do you know if they issued more stock options to bring the total back over 50 million? You are absolutely correct though. I should have used the fully diluted number of shares instead but I think the difference is only about 3% and it had a negligible effect on their earnings last quarter (6.7 cents fully diluted vs. 6.9)
