Not mentioning Vertex 2000 *IS* a problem, in my opinion. This was a "prior earnings" report.

Their other announced agreements materially affect the future earning capabilities of TPI.

So does Vertex 2000. Not mentioning it casts doubt on its viability.

Yes. I think there is way too much over reaction to any news or company filings going on now. The Year 2000 problem will go well beyond 2000, Gartner says to 2003. I respect the opinions of others and wish those who bailed out last week the best of luck, but I think it will be in retrospect, an unfortunate investment move on their part. I am adding cheap shares here. With or without Vertex, this company will make money. Vertex is the icing on the cake.
