A more appropriate question would be: Who is selling ptch at such a low price and why? The market makers always seem to get shares at the lowest bid which they quickly dump at 1/8 to 1/4 higher. Why is anyone selling ptch when the stock will easily be at 3 within the next year or so ( maybe even sooner). I checked at 10 different Walgreens during the last few months and the sales of ptch products seem to be doing well. Let's hope this is true of their other 15,675 sites.
