There's now a substantial short position and it's natural for them to start covering the later into "pre-release" season we get. they should announce something either way soon. If they don't it's likely a slight miss.

I also have heard there are still disconcerted large sellers (7 figures) out there, so it's hard to tell which way this thing's gonna go.

2 blocks of 496,000 and 441,000 shares sold at 16 1/2 and 5/8, and a 100,000 share block bought at 16 5/8. Also, Soundview removed VNTV from their Focus list. It is obvious they are going to miss, the question is by how much and why isn't the company releasing anything when the news has already leaked out.
